Feel free to look through our programs and activities or email us to learn more about our specific programs if you want to donate to one in particular and you can also donate to our general operations.

Please specify that the donation is intended for the Rwanda National Ministry and under the "Comments" section clarify if the donation is intended for a specific ministry or unrestricted use.

Internships and Volunteer Opportunities

 

Internships

Come and volunteer with Prison Fellowship Rwanda! PFR offers internships and volunteer positions to university students and university graduates. The PFR internship experience is an ideal environment for students interested in international development, international relations, political science, or a similar focus of study. As a volunteer intern, you will experience cultural immersion, direct exposure to local international development efforts, and professional development.

Core responsibilities include:

 

- Research and draft materials for ongoing communications and marketing initiatives such as interviews, newsletters, donor materials, etc.

- Attend PFR events to promote PFR Communications and Marketing efforts

- Partnership building

- Donor Relations assistance

- Blog writing

- Other special projects as assigned

 

Applicants should have:

 

- An interest in international development, international organizations, humanitarian aid, or mission work.

- Strong written skills

- Self-starter and autonomous working spirit, along with the ability to collaborate in a team

- A belief in the Christian faith as stated in the Apostle’s Creed
